How it all began
Bunnie Cakes began with something simple... A mom looking for a way to care for her son. Back in 2009, Mariana Cortez opened Miami’s first vegan bakery, and from there, something truly special grew. Today, Bunnie Cakes cakes and cupcakes are proudly sold at Whole Foods in Florida and loved by so many across the state. Now, with our Ready-to-Bake line, we get to share that same joy in homes all over the country. The same recipes. The same love. Baked at home.
